The Speed Polartec® 1/2 Zip Jacket for men was developed for fast ski touring and wins points as a versatile fleece with a top-notch warmth-to-weight ratio. The intelligent fabric characteristics of this long-sleeve piece make it superbly suited to be there for reliable warmth not only for winter use, but also for all kinds of other alpine adventures during the transitions between seasons or in the summer. The technical Power Grid™ fleece fabric has a smooth exterior and a waffle grid structure on the inner face for great comfort. The next-to-skin surface of the grid promises comfy warmth, while the open areas of the grid create open air channels to ensure additional breathability. The bi-component fabric design wicks moisture away quickly and move it reliably away from your body to the outer surface where it can evaporate. The fabric has a high degree of post-consumer recycled plastic, which saves a significant amount of water and energy in its manufacturing. This long sleeve offers an athletic fit that enables superior freedom of movement. Elastic cuffs and elastic at the hem ensure ideal fit without slipping. A comfortable collar lends warmth while also transforming this fleece into the perfect midlayer since there is no hood to get in the way.
